Purpose

The purpose of Starfleet Academy is to prepare new cadets for the real life onbaord a starship or starbase. In the academy the cadet will learn how to write a good story, interact with other characters and will be made ready to join a ship or station for his/her further carreer as a starfleet officer.

Every new member that wishes to join the RPG will have to go through the academy. This way we can teach the cadet the very basics they need to know, and can evaluate their progress as they move on. There can be made exceptions for people that have been members of other RPG sites, they will have to make a special assignment before getting an assignment.

By getting everybody through the academy we want to make sure we have some good people in the rpg that know how to make a decent storyline.
